In order to qualify for admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland, a person must comply with the requirements of the Legal Profession Act 2007 . This means that a person needs to complete an approved law degree from a recognised University.

Law Degrees are currently being offered by the following Universities in Queensland:

 

  • University of Queensland - Brisbane
  • Queensland University of Technology - Brisbane
  • University of Southern Queensland - Toowoomba
  • James Cook University - Townsville and Cairns
  • Griffith University - Brisbane
  • Bond University - Gold Coast
  • Central Queensland University - Rockhampton
